Trying to decide on a baby name?
Our friends at Baby Center have put together a list of 2012’s most popular baby names.
With Aiden, Jackson and Ethan topping the list of boys’ names, Sophia, Emma and Olivia were the favorite for the girls.
Take a look through the top 100 names of last year. Any surprises?
Are your kids’ names on there?
My daughter Ava hit the top 5, and my son Gavin came in at No. 36. But my third child, son Enzo, didn’t make the list at all.
And in case you’re looking to break the popular mould, our friends at Working Mother looked at the baby name trends of 2013.
They’re everything from tech-inspired monikers like Tweet, Android and Kindle to surnames like Hayes, Townes and Brick.
