Are your kids’ names on there?

My daughter Ava hit the top 5, and my son Gavin came in at No. 36. But my third child, son Enzo, didn’t make the list at all.

And in case you’re looking to break the popular mould, our friends at Working Mother looked at the baby name trends of 2013.

They’re everything from tech-inspired monikers like Tweet, Android and Kindle to surnames like Hayes, Townes and Brick.

What are some of your favorite baby names? Provide some inspiration in the comments below.

  1. Skizzo

Sky and Phoenix are great names…

  2. Katie

Some of the names on the worst list don’t deserve to be there. And by Aofie, I assume you mean Aoife, as in Aoife Belle Foden. Aoife (ee-fa) is a hugely popular name in Ireland, meeting an Aoife is the same as meeting a Grace!

  3. kate smith

My kids name are Preston, Kai, and Hadley…Love that none of them made the top 100 list!!!

  4. Sophia

The best and worst names are VERY subjective… some of my favourite names are in the worst list. Marlowe, Pearl, Beatrice, Clover, Dixie, Mabel and Phoenix are all gorgeous, while I personally find Tucker, Faith, Penelope and Adalaide (spelling) unappealing. I think it would make more sense to title the list “My favourite/least favourite names in Hollywood in 2012″.
